Shipping Information:
Surveillance Channels implements three levels of UPS shipping methods, UPS Ground, UPS 2 Days Air, and UPS 3 Days Select.
All orders will be reviewed and verified upon receipt. Once the order has been confirmed, the ordering products will be shipped via the shipping method specified by customers during the checkout process. After the shipment is on the way, customer will receive an UPS tracking number through email. Items will usually shipped within 24 hours. If the selected item is currently out of stock, an email will be sent as notification. And the customer can choose to wait for the order or cancel the order free of charge.
Please note that we only ship to Paypal verified addresses.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All products sold by SurveillanceChannels.com are covered by our Standard Return Policy unless another return method is specified with a particular item in its item page. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned
a) within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund, or
b) within one year of the original invoice date for a replacement of the same item.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.
